Holiday Inn Skopje Provided a Two-Bed Room for a Three-Person Reservation
On July 8, 2026, as part of the Balkans tour organized by Luvatour, my two daughters and I, M***** A*****, Defne T***, and Duru T***, stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Skopje. Although our reservation was for three people, we were given a room containing only two single beds.
When we entered the room, we immediately explained that three people could not stay comfortably in the room under these conditions. We requested either an additional bed for the third person or a separate room to accommodate us. Despite this request, no extra bed was provided and no alternative room was offered. As a result, the three of us were forced to stay throughout our accommodation in a room with only two single beds.
To compensate for the inconvenience I experienced, I request that Holiday Inn provide my two daughters and me with one full day of complimentary access to the pool, massage, and SPA services at a Holiday Inn hotel in Istanbul, without requiring an overnight stay.
I would also like to specifically emphasize that the hotel's records in Skopje should clearly show that our stay on July 8 was registered for three people in a room containing only two single beds. I therefore request that this matter be reviewed based on the hotel's accommodation records and that an appropriate resolution be provided for the inconvenience caused.
