Hint App Subscription Problem After Unexpected Charge

A sudden charge of 1,673 TL (approximately $39 USD) was taken from my account, even though the app stated that it was a free trial. It also mentioned that a refund was available. I am requesting that the app take the necessary action.

If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to higher authorities. If a subscription was created, I also want it canceled immediately. This situation is unacceptable.
