Hint America Subscription Issue

I use Cash App in Pasadena, Texas, and payments have been taken from my account by a company called Hint America that I did not knowingly authorize. These charges are for $29.99 each and they have been taken multiple times, totaling around $118 so far. I only remember making what I believed to be a one‑time payment in the past, and I did not agree to any recurring subscription or repeated withdrawals. Despite this, Hint America charged me again today at around 1:00 a.m., and these withdrawals have left me without the money I need to pay my bills. Because of this situation, I am now struggling to pay my gas bill at home, and there is a serious risk that my gas will be cut off even though I have children and depend on this utility. I have tried to remove or unlink Hint America from my Cash App account, but the system shows it as linked, and even when I try to remove it, the charges continue. I contacted Cash App support previously about these unauthorized payments and again today. I was told to wait 10 business days to see if Hint America would refund the $29.99, and that if they did not, Cash App would then open a dispute on their end. I have not been able to reach Hint America directly, because I cannot find any phone number, email address, or in‑app contact information for them. When I try to access anything related to them, only ads pop up instead of real support details. I am urgently requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges taken by Hint America, immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment in my name, and the blocking of any future payments from my Cash App account to this company. These withdrawals are causing serious financial hardship and putting my household at risk, and I want this matter resolved as quickly as possible.
