Seeking a professional assessment, I contacted Hermest Hair Transplant to arrange a consultation. The agent requested pictures of my hair but made no mention of any specific criteria. Assuming they would fairly evaluate my case, I emailed my most current photos. Later on, I got back a reply that my donor area was inadequate and a transplant might destroy anything. This surprised me since, from previous clinics I had visited, none had expressed such worries. It seemed as though they discounted me depending more on appearances than on a careful analysis. Their hurried and unprofessional answer made me doubt their legitimacy and whether they really give patient needs top priority over snap decisions.
