About two weeks ago, I backed up my conversations on HelloTalk, anticipating a device change. I even performed multiple backups to ensure everything was saved. However, after switching devices, all my messages disappeared.

I would like to recover my conversations, as I took all necessary steps to back them up. Could HelloTalk provide assistance in restoring my messages? This data is important to me, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
