HelloTalk Voice and Live Rooms Unavailable In Thailand

I am a Hello Talk user currently living in Thailand, and for nearly a year I have been using the application without any serious issues. Recently, however, I have not been able to enter either the voice rooms or the Live rooms. Every time I try to access these features, a message appears on the screen that says “This feature is not available in your area” with only a “Confirm” button. This situation is very frustrating because these voice and Live rooms are the main reason I use Hello Talk, and I was able to use them before. Nothing has changed on my side regarding my device or account, yet this restriction suddenly appeared and now prevents me from using important parts of the service. I kindly request that my access to the voice and Live rooms be unblocked for my region in Thailand, or that you provide a clear explanation and a suitable solution so that I can fully benefit from the application again.
