Heifer Stick Vacuum Doesn’t Work Properly and Loses Power Quickly

I purchased a Heifer stick vacuum from BİM, and I truly wish I hadn't. It fails to capture even the tiniest particles, and when I switch it off, everything just spills out again. It frequently has issues and powers off unexpectedly. In under a year, I've seen a significant drop in battery life, as it loses power even when fully charged. I was really disappointed with the quality of this product; it seems like I wasted my money. The return process is overly complicated, and I want to return it. I can't suggest this vacuum to anyone in search of a dependable and quality product. It's quite unexpected to see a product like this offered by BİM. Following this experience, I will not be purchasing from this brand again.
