Unauthorized GoDaddy Charge Hits My Card Through iyzico, and I Demand a Refund
On February 8, 2026, at approximately 1:08:01 p.m., a charge for $99 appeared on my Kuveyt Türk bank card ending in ******7420 from the merchant listed as iyzico / GoDaddy.com. This transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or approval and does not belong to me.
I did not make any purchase, and the charge appeared on my card even though I didn’t even have my phone in my hand at the time. As soon as I noticed it, I contacted my bank, Kuveyt Türk, reported the situation, and started the necessary cancellation/dispute process. I also have supporting evidence such as the receipt and screenshots related to the transaction.
I request that GoDaddy and iyzico investigate this unauthorized transaction in detail, issue a full refund of the $99 as soon as possible, and provide me with a written explanation of how this charge occurred without my consent.
