I Accidentally Bought Hay Day Farm Pass for ₺579 and Want a Refund Immediately

I've been using my Hay Day account for a long time, and I’ve never encountered a situation like this before. Somehow, the Farm Pass, which costs ₺579, was purchased without my knowledge or consent. I’m completely baffled as to how this happened. It must have occurred late at night, possibly due to an accidental tap or some technical glitch, but I certainly did not authorize this purchase.

I only noticed the charge after seeing the Farm Pass had been activated out of nowhere. This is incredibly frustrating and upsetting—especially given the high price. I’ve never made unauthorized purchases through the game, and I’m asking Supercell to please review the situation.

Is there any way to reverse this purchase and refund my money? I contacted support but haven’t gotten clear answers. I would appreciate an urgent investigation and resolution. I trusted this platform, but this experience has shaken that trust. Please take action and refund the amount as soon as possible.
