HappyNest Laundry Service Left My Clothes Wrinkled and Unorganized

After reading great comments, I had great expectations for Happy Nest's washing service, however my experience was unpleasant. My laundry came back in a tangle, piled haphazardly into my own bags. The clothes I expected to be orderly folded were tangled and crumpled. When I contacted customer support to find out if this was usual, they reassured me the laundry should have been returned folded and ready to put away in clear, protective plastic bags. Sadly, that did not define my reality. Refolding and organising everything took more than an hour, therefore utterly negating the intended use for their service. Given the cost I spent, I expected far better. This was a time and money waste, hence I would be reluctant to hire Happy Nest once more.
