HappyNest Damaged My Clothes and Left Them Looking Faded and Discolored

Though the laundry service of HappyNest appealed to me, the experience was far from good. The service's quality let down me greatly even if the collection and delivery went without a hitch. My garments returned seemed faded and damaged, as though they had been washed incorrectly or with strong chemicals. Many of my lighter-colored clothes showed obvious discolouration, perhaps from colours bleeding in the wash. To exacerbate things, my garments smelt stale, which made me wonder whether they were completely washed at all. This service was meant to simplify my life, but instead I find ruined clothes and extra costs for replacements. I am really unhappy and will not use HappyNest once more.
