Happn Premium Shows an Oops Error Every Time I Open the App
I purchased a Premium membership in the Happn app on my iPhone and paid approximately $1 for the subscription. However, for the past five days, every time I open the app, I receive a "Oops" error message, and I have been unable to use the app properly. The same error appears repeatedly, preventing me from accessing the Premium service I paid for.
I have also been unable to find any in-app customer support or customer service channel to report the issue. Even though my payment was successfully processed, I have not been able to use the service, which has caused significant frustration.
I request that Happn fix this error as soon as possible so I can use my Premium membership without interruption. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request an appropriate refund for the service I was unable to use.
