Happn Froze My Account Without Warning
My Happn account was suddenly frozen without any warning or notification. I was able to use the app normally just moments before, but now I can no longer access my account. I have not received any explanation or information about why my account was frozen.
I request that Happn review my account and restore it if it was suspended in error. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation of the reason my account was frozen so I can understand what happened and, if necessary, resolve any issue.
