H&M Empty Package Delivered And Refund Request Ignored

On April 12, 2026, I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of pants from H&M. When I opened the package delivered on April 15, 2026, I found that the box was completely empty. Despite this, the system shows my order as delivered and completed. My order number is 76268005131.
I immediately reported the situation to H&M customer service. The representative told me that the issue had been forwarded to the warehouse team and that I needed to wait for the investigation results. Later, I was informed that such an issue could not have occurred in the warehouse, meaning they claimed the package could not have been shipped empty. They also stated that they could not share any footage or records. As a result, my complaint was not accepted, and no solution was provided.
I am left in a difficult situation, as I did not receive my items and also could not get any satisfactory response or support from customer service. I demand a full refund of the amount I paid for this empty order associated with the order number above.
