Grundig Washing Machine Door Gasket Tore After 2 Years

I have been using a Grundig GPWM 102633 washing machine for about two years, and approximately one month ago, the door gasket (door bellow) was torn. I have never experienced such a problem with washing machines of other brands that I have used before. After the problem occurred, I contacted the service and reported the situation. However, I was told that the gasket could not be replaced under warranty and that it was considered a user fault. While researching, I saw that in similar cases for the same problem, free replacement was made for other customers, which makes this decision feel unfair and inconsistent to me. I request that the torn door gasket of my Grundig GPWM 102633 washing machine be replaced free of charge under warranty, without any cost being charged to me, and that an equal and fair practice be applied as in similar complaints.
