On August 2, 2025, I ordered food through Grubhub, but the delivery person never came. I waited more than an hour after the time I thought it would arrive, kept checking the app, and then I saw that it was tagged as "delivered," but nothing ever came. I reported the issue right away using the app and made it very clear that I didn’t receive anything. I even called customer service again, expecting they would help, but they wouldn't give me my money back. So I paid for lunch that I never got. The customer service agent was rude, unhelpful, and didn't take any responsibility. This kind of conduct is just not okay for a business like Grubhub. It was a very clear case, but they still messed up. After this, I won't use Grubhub again.
