Grubhub Ignored My Delivery Instructions and Ruined My Dinner
I ordered dinner through Grubhub on August 3, 2025, and gave explicit directions for delivery. I only wrote a letter telling the driver to leave the food at the front door and not ring the bell. The driver didn't care and rang anyhow, waking up my kid from a nap. They also put the bag in the sun, way out to the side. I had to throw it away because it was warm and mushy by the time I found it. I called Grubhub for help, but the customer support person informed me there was nothing they could do. No apologies, no money back. I really don't understand how they allow drivers ignore instructions like that. Terrible customer service; I will never use them again.
