I used Grubhub to purchase some frozen food from a restaurant that is only 2 miles from my house. I thought it would be short, but it took about three hours to get there. When the order came, the products were no longer frozen and were basically damaged. While I was still waiting, I called customer service and asked to cancel and receive my money back, but they said no. They gave me a tiny credit instead, which didn't even cover what I paid, and that was after a long back-and-forth. Then, all of a sudden, they just stopped talking like the problem didn't matter. To be honest, the whole thing was a disaster. I’m really upset in how Grubhub handled things. I'm definitely thinking twice about utilizing them again if this is how they handle regular consumers.
