Grindr Banned My Paid Account Without Reason and Offers No Support

Expecting a premium experience, I bought a one-year Grindr subscription but have been somewhat let down. Not too long after upgrading, my account was banned without explanation. I have no way to fix the problem since attempts to get in touch with their support personnel have gone unpackled. Taking my money and excluding me without cause is wrong. The app was rife with continual problems even before the ban: messages failed to load and matches vanished at random. Even with a premium edition, which seemed no different from the free one, the too frequent advertising were intolerable. The lack of responsibility and bad customer service of Grindr show they do not respect its users. I won't reinstall the software going after a chargeback. Simply not worth it is what it is.
