GrandPashaBet Removed My Platinum Account and Denied ₺40,000 Loss Bonus

I have been a long-time Platinum account holder on GrandPashaBet and have invested between ₺8–10 million overall. Despite never violating any rules, for the past month the risk department has unfairly blocked me from receiving bonuses. I always played the same way, combining 2–3 football matches in a bet slip, strictly following the platform’s rules.

Most recently, I deposited ₺40,000 and requested the corresponding loss bonus, but it was not credited to my account. On top of that, my Platinum status was removed entirely, and all of my bonus rights were revoked. This was done without a valid reason.

I repeatedly contacted live support, requested callbacks, and even spoke over the phone. Each time, I was simply told, “You have been blocked by the risk department, nothing can be done,” before the call was ended. Emails I sent also went unanswered.

Currently, my account is still active, and there are no restrictions on withdrawals. However, I feel mistreated and unfairly punished because my Platinum account was removed and my bonuses were canceled without justification.
