GrandPashaBet Took My Bonus Without Explanation After I Lost a Side Bet

I’ve been playing on GrandPashaBet for quite a while, but the way they’ve started handling player accounts lately is completely unacceptable. I deposited my money, placed a side bet, and unfortunately lost. After that, I simply requested a bonus, as is common practice on the site. Instead of granting the bonus or giving any valid explanation, the so-called "Risk Department" stepped in and seized my bonus without warning.
What makes this worse is that they never even provided a reason. I’ve asked repeatedly for clarification, but all I get is silence. No proper explanation, no communication—just a decision made behind the scenes that left me feeling cheated.
