GrandPashaBet Claims Payment Sent but I Didn’t Receive $210 in My Bank

On December 21, 2025 at 4:58 PM, I requested a withdrawal of about $210 from my GrandPashaBet account with the username “ardakeles” using the Seri Havale method to my İş Bankası account. Although this withdrawal request appears as “approved” in the system, no payment has been credited to my bank account.

I contacted live support many times and was told each time that the payment was made and there was no issue. Despite this, no amount has reached my account, and there is no record of such a transaction in my İş Bankası account statement.

I also shared my bank account statement with them, yet they still claimed that the payment had been made and sent me a clearly fake receipt instead of taking any realistic steps to resolve the issue.

There is no name mismatch, account restriction, or any other different situation on my side, but my $210 withdrawal still has not been paid.

I request that the approved withdrawal amount of $210 be credited to my account in full and without further delay, and that this matter be urgently investigated due to the victimization caused by sending a fake receipt.
