Graceland Sent Me Damaged Shoes with Terrible Packaging

I’m disappointed by the careless way Graceland packaged and shipped my shoes! They literally threw the shoes into the box without any protective cover or even wrapping them properly in paper. As a result, the shoes arrived with noticeable damage—scratched leather and badly crushed heels. How could Graceland possibly think it was okay to send such expensive shoes this way? I didn't pay ₺300-₺400; these shoes cost much more, and I expected better quality and care. Had I known this would happen, I'd have chosen a different brand. Graceland, this negligence is unacceptable. You must address this issue immediately by replacing the shoes or refunding my ₺ payment. Take responsibility and resolve this quickly—I deserve a proper, undamaged product!
