My Graceland Snow Boots from Deichmann Tore on First Use
I recently bought two pairs of Graceland snow boots from Deichmann for my kids. Shockingly, one pair ripped open after just a single day of use due to a minor impact. I am incredibly disappointed that the fabric used in these boots is so thin and fragile. Boots intended for children’s everyday wear should be durable enough to withstand normal knocks and bumps, not tear instantly.
When I reported this issue to Deichmann, they refused an immediate return or exchange, insisting on a lengthy review process—even though the damage happened on the very first day! This is not only frustrating but clearly violates basic consumer rights. Deichmann, I urge you to inspect the quality of these boots immediately and either issue my refund (₺) or replace the product promptly.
