Yalla Ludo Diamonds Not Received After Google Play Payment Through Enjoygm

On 09 October I purchased diamonds for the Yalla Ludo game through Google Play via the Enjoygm website. According to the order details in the attached screenshot, the order ID is 2026100910543 and the total amount charged to me was around 8.01 SAR (about 7.13 riyal). Even though the payment was taken, the 830 diamonds I bought were never added to my Yalla Ludo account and I also did not receive any refund. I have already submitted a complaint about this situation, but there has been no solution, no diamonds credited, and no money returned. I request that either the 830 diamonds I paid for are immediately credited to my Yalla Ludo account or my full payment is refunded to the original payment method as soon as possible.
