Travian Gold Purchase Not Credited After $21 Google Play Charge

I purchased gold in the game Travian through Google Play using my Türk Telekom mobile line; however, in both transactions, the gold was not credited to my game account. Last night and again about an hour ago today, I made purchases of $14 and $7, totaling $21, which were charged to my mobile account. Despite the payments being successfully deducted, no gold was added to my in-game account.
My in-game username is G******, and I am playing on the Europe 20 server. Even though the payments appear to have been successfully processed through my mobile carrier, they have not been reflected in my in-game balance. As a result, I am falling behind in the game and not receiving what I paid for.
I request that this issue be investigated and that the purchased gold be credited to my Travian account as soon as possible. If that is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amounts charged.
