Konami eFootball Gold Purchase Not Working on Google Play

For about five days, I have been unable to purchase in-game gold in the eFootball game that I play on my phone. When I try to buy gold through Google Play via Konami, the system constantly shows an error and the transaction does not go through. No matter how many times I try, the gold is not added to my account, and as a result, I am unable to buy players in the game.

I want this issue to be investigated as soon as possible, my gold purchase transactions to be fixed, and to be able to make in-game purchases in eFootball without any problems. My in-game username is “ozkan.”
