Google Play Took My ₺2199 for In-App Stars But Never Delivered the Product
I recently purchased 2500 in-app stars from Telegram through Google Play, but despite the payment being completed, the stars did not display in my account. I've contacted both Google and Telegram to remedy the issue, but I'm caught between the two. Google claims the scenario does not fit under their regulations, and Telegram has not replied at all. It's annoying to pay ₺2199 with nothing to show for it, and neither company appears to care about helping me. I feel as if I have been left in the dark, with my money gone but no product supplied. I just want this issue handled and to receive what I paid for.
Initially, they did not approve the refund by citing company policy. Then they did. It would not be appropriate for a giant company like Google to withhold money that wasn't provided in return. Thank you.
