On December 30, I accidentally transferred ₹500 via UPI from the ID arpitagourab0@oksbi** to the wrong Google Pay account. The amount was supposed to be sent to my correct UPI ID, munnakhan162@okaxis**, but instead it was transferred to an account under the name Arpita Ray, which had the same UPI ID as my sender ID, arpitagourab0@oksbi**.
After realizing this mistake, I did not contact Google Pay support, my bank, or the recipient, and the money has still not been reversed to my account. I am requesting that this incorrect transaction be reviewed and that the ₹500 be refunded to my correct UPI ID, munnakhan162@okaxis**, as soon as possible.
I ask that this issue be investigated based on the transaction details of the transfer made on December 30 from UPI ID arpitagourab0@oksbi**, and that the wrongly transferred amount be returned to me.
