I deposited ₹600 into my own bank account through Google Pay on 12 April using my Garima Bank account. The amount was debited from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my bank account even though a week has passed. After I noticed that the money was not reflected, I contacted support and raised a request. I was told to wait for 3 days, but even after this period there was no update, no clear information, and my ₹600 is still stuck. This situation has caused me a lot of inconvenience because the money has been debited from my account but is not available to me. I request that my ₹600 be refunded immediately to my bank account or that it be credited without any further delay, and that I be given a clear explanation of why this transaction has been pending for so long.
