I am writing regarding a problem with a deposit on my Binomo account. On 12/3/2026, I made a deposit of 1,000 INR using Google Pay from India. The payment was shown as successful in Google Pay, but on Binomo the deposit is still pending and has not been credited to my trading balance. Although the amount has been deducted from my Google Pay/bank side, my Binomo wallet has not been updated, and this situation has left my funds stuck between the two services. I contacted support, but so far I have received no response or resolution. I request that this 1,000 INR transaction be reviewed urgently and that my money be resolved without any further delay, either by crediting the full amount to my Binomo account or by refunding it back to my Google Pay/bank account.
