Deposit Missing Despite Successful Google Pay Transaction

On 1 June at around 9:19 PM, I made a deposit of 1000 rupees to Battery Bet using UPI via Google Pay. The amount was paid to the UPI ID kavipraka***@ptyes. The money has been debited from my bank account, and in my Google Pay history and bank statement the transaction is shown as successful with UPI transaction ID 615262482109, but the money has still not been credited to my Battery Bet account or returned to my bank. After noticing that the deposit was not reflected, I contacted Battery Bet support. They informed me that the issue would be resolved within 3 hours to 3 days. However, this time has already passed and now they are not responding to my messages, while the money remains stuck. I request that my 1000 rupees be either immediately credited to my Battery Bet wallet or refunded back to my bank account, along with a clear clarification of why this delay happened and why there has been no response after the promised time frame.
