Unable to Recover Access or Secure Account

I am writing because my Gmail account “dx.korim***@gmail.com” has been hacked and I can no longer control it. I use an Android phone, and someone seems to have taken access to this email without my permission. I noticed that I cannot recover my account even though I have tried the “Forgot password” and account recovery options. Each time I follow the steps, I am not able to get my Gmail back or secure it again. I request that my Gmail account be restored to me and secured, and that any unauthorized access or changes be blocked.
