Umingle Gmail Account Blocked After Typing "m15" in Chat

I am an active user of the Umingle application on my Android phone (Redmi Note 8), registered with the email address baimj****@gmail.com and phone number 087754406***. A short while ago, my Umingle account was suddenly blocked in a way that I consider unfair. Inside the application, an unknown user contacted me and instructed me to type the message “m15”. I did not know that typing “m15” would have any negative consequences and I only followed the instructions of this unknown person. Immediately after I sent that message, my Umingle account was blocked and the application started asking me to pay a certain amount of money. This is the first time I have ever experienced a problem like this on Umingle, and it happened approximately ten minutes before I wrote this complaint. I have not made any payment and I have not agreed to any fees related to this incident, because I feel trapped and deceived by someone I do not know inside the application. My main request is that my Umingle account be immediately unblocked without any payment, because I did not intentionally violate any rules and I feel that I am not at fault. I also request that all charges and payment requests related to this incident be cancelled and removed, and that you investigate and block the unknown user who tricked me into typing “m15” so that other users do not experience the same problem.
