Umingle Account Banned By Mistake

My account was banned around April 26, 2026, and although I have already contacted Umingle support, my account remains banned. I want to clearly state that I am not a minor and that I fully meet the age requirements of your platform. I understand and respect that protecting users, especially minors, is a priority for Umingle, but in this situation I believe my account was mistakenly flagged and banned as if I were underage. I am completely willing to cooperate and provide any necessary verification to confirm my age and identity. I value being part of your platform and have always intended to follow your community guidelines. I kindly request that you review my account again, correct this misunderstanding about my age, and lift the ban so that I can regain access to my account.
