Sidrachain Authenticator Code Error Locked Me Out of My Wallet

I have been experiencing a serious problem with the Sidrachain mobile wallet on my Android device since 17 June 2026. I am unable to connect to my wallet due to an authenticator code issue. The system does not allow me to log in, so I cannot access or manage my funds. Although I have contacted Sidrachain support about this problem, I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and solution for weeks is causing me concern and a serious loss of confidence in the platform. My wallet is registered with the email address: idrisab***@gmail.com. I request that my access to the wallet be restored as soon as possible by resolving the authenticator code issue, and that I receive a clear update about what caused this problem and how it has been fixed. I expect Sidrachain to contact me promptly via my registered email and provide a concrete and permanent solution.
