Sidra Support Fails to Respond to 2FA Reset Request
I am writing regarding my Sidra crypto app account, which I can no longer access because I lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) application. I am able to enter my login credentials, but after that, the app requires a 2FA code that I can no longer generate, which has completely prevented me from accessing my account.
This issue has been ongoing for approximately two to three weeks. During this time, I contacted Sidra customer support and clearly explained that I no longer have access to my 2FA codes. However, I have not received any response or solution so far. The email address registered on my account is abdullahik***@gmail.com.
I kindly request that my 2FA be reset or that an alternative verification method be offered so that I can securely regain access to my account as soon as possible.
