I Can't Access My Sidra Wallet Because of an Authenticator Code I Never Set Up

June 13 8:57 AM11

I have been unable to log in to my Sidra Wallet account for approximately one week because the system is requesting an authenticator code, even though I have never set up any authenticator or two-factor authentication on my account.

The code is supposed to be sent to my email address, dahiruhabibamuha****@gmail.com, but I never receive any email containing the required code. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access my wallet or use any of its features.

I am requesting immediate assistance from Sidra Wallet to remove or reset this incorrect authenticator requirement, restore access to my account, and permanently resolve this login issue. I would appreciate a prompt response so I can regain access to my wallet and continue using the service without further disruption.
