Gmail Account Recovery Needed After Sidra Authenticator Failure

I am writing because I have been unable to access my Gmail account for several days due to a problem with the Sidra authenticator app. My main account is registered as ibnsunna***@gmail.com, and I lost access on 5 January 2026 after I lost my phone. Since losing my phone, I cannot receive the authentication code required to log in, and the Sidra authenticator app is not functioning for me anymore. As a result, my Gmail account is effectively locked, and I cannot sign in at all. I have not been able to reach a solution so far, and I have also not received any guidance directly from support. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my Gmail account without the authenticator code, for example, by disabling the current Sidra authenticator requirement or providing an alternative recovery or verification method. I would like to be able to use my Gmail account again as soon as possible.
