Gmail Account Locked - I Cannot Reset My Password or Receive Help

I forgot the password to my Gmail account and have been unable to access it for about two days. Since there is no “Forgot my password” option, I had to try entering the wrong password multiple times. Then I received a verification code on my phone, and even though I entered it correctly, I still couldn’t access my account and the process did not complete. I also tried logging in using my phone number, but it didn’t work. I called a support number I found online, but no one answered. All my contacts and game information are stored in this account, so I need to regain access. I request that my account be fully restored or at least that a password reset link be sent. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
