Kindly Request Google Help Me Recover My Gmail Account

I am writing to report that my Gmail account, which I normally access on my iPhone from Nigeria, was hacked on 21 August 2025. On that date, I received a notification from Google that a Redmi 14C device had gained access to my Bybit and other linked accounts. Almost at the same time, Bybit also sent me a message stating that they had detected a login from an unfamiliar IP address and advised me to disable the account immediately. Following this incident, I tried to secure and recover my Gmail account through the usual recovery methods. I used the “Forgot password” and account recovery steps, but I discovered that the hacker had already changed both my recovery email address and my recovery phone number. Because of this, I am now unable to access my Gmail account or restore control to myself. I kindly request that Google help me recover full access to my Gmail account, investigate this security breach in detail, and block the hacker’s Redmi 14C device and any related suspicious access. I also ask that you treat Nigeria as my legitimate login location so it is clear that the unfamiliar login and IP do not belong to me. I am ready to provide any additional information you may need to verify my identity and secure the account.
