Gmail Account Hacked and Recovery Information Removed

I have an issue with my Gmail account that I access on my Android phone. My main Gmail account, which is jitdey***@gmail.com, appears to have been hacked. On 1 August I realized that changes had been made without my permission, such as my email or recovery options being removed from my phone, and since then I have not been able to secure the account properly. I used the Google account recovery process to try to regain full control of the account, but I have not been successful. At the same time, my hacked Gmail account is still receiving messages, and I am concerned that someone else may have access to my personal data and ongoing communications. I request that my Gmail account be recovered and secured as soon as possible, that any unauthorized access be investigated, and that my recovery information be restored so I can safely use my account again.
