My complaint concerns my account on the BC.Game platform, registered with the e‑mail address wyrolowanyd***[email protected]. I am very concerned about the way my account and withdrawals are being verified, because instead of a standard identity verification process, I am constantly being asked to make further deposits, and I am starting to fear for the safety of my account and funds. At the beginning I was asked to deposit $50 to verify my account. I made this payment in cryptocurrency via the MoonPay wallet and was informed that after this deposit everything should be in order. However, after making this payment, I was told that I had to make another deposit of $100 to verify my wallet, which I also did. Now I have been told that I need to make yet another deposit of $412 to verify my VIP level, which means that I am already at the fourth verification stage and every new step requires another payment. At this moment I have a significant amount of winnings in my account, approximately $400,000 but I cannot withdraw anything and I am constantly being asked for further payments under the pretext of subsequent verification stages. I do not know whether this is a normal procedure on your platform and this situation makes me feel misled, insecure about my funds and genuinely afraid of losing access to my money. I am requesting the immediate possibility to withdraw my winnings, in particular the amount of approximately $400,000 without having to make any further deposits, or, if this is not possible, a full refund of all deposits I have made. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation as to why so many deposit‑based verification stages were required and on what basis such a procedure was applied to my account. I expect a quick and concrete response and resolution of this matter.
