Global Blue Tax Refund Sent To Unknown Visa Card
On 28 July 2026 I made a Tax Free purchase at Louis Vuitton Roma San Lorenzo in Italy and used Global Blue for the Tax Free refund. The Tax Free form number on my Global Blue document is 12043027006962482122, and the refund amount should be 210 EUR. According to the Global Blue refund status, my refund is shown as “completed” on 4 October 2026, but it was sent to a Visa card ending in 6506 which I do not recognize and have never used. I paid for my purchase with my own Monobank card, and the Tax Free form I received did not contain any card details. I did not at any point authorize, provide, or confirm this Visa card number. Despite the status being “completed”, I have not received the 210 EUR refund. I have already contacted Global Blue customer support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this transaction, clarify who issued the Visa card ending in 6506 and how this card was selected for my refund without my authorization, and help me recover the full 210 EUR and transfer it to my own Monobank card or another card/account that I will confirm in writing. I also ask that you send me a written explanation of the investigation result and the corrective measures taken to ensure that a refund is not sent to an unknown card again without the customer’s explicit consent.
