Lemelyparfum Ships Wrong Givenchy Perfume and Ignores Customer Emails
On Sunday evening, I ordered Givenchy Ange Ou Démon perfume from the website Lemelyparfum.com, but today I received a different product in the mail named Givenchy Ange Ou Démon Le Secret. In other words, the seller sent a different variation of the same brand instead of the item I actually ordered.
I emailed the address listed on the site with a detailed explanation to reach the company, but I have not received any response so far. Since there is no phone number listed on the site, I have no other way to contact them.
I paid for this purchase using cash on delivery. I request that the company send me the correct Givenchy Ange Ou Démon perfume I ordered and accept the return of the incorrectly shipped Givenchy Ange Ou Démon Le Secret. I want this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
