Because both the shaving comfort and cutting performance of the delivered product were noticeably inferior to the usual Mach3 performance I am accustomed to, I suspected the product might be counterfeit.

While I normally get a smooth and irritation-free shave with Mach3, I experienced severe loss of comfort, pulling, and poor cutting performance with this product. Additionally, the colors on the blades, the structure of the connector attachments, and the visual details look blatantly different from the authentic Mach3 cartridge heads I have used for years. I demand that Gillette investigate the authenticity of this product sold through Amazon and provide a clear, official statement on whether the product is counterfeit, conducting a batch/serial number check if necessary. If it is determined to be counterfeit, I request a full refund of my purchase price, compensation for my hardship, and that Gillette audit Amazon and enforce necessary sanctions if counterfeit product sales are being overlooked.
