Dream11 Marked My Withdrawal As Successful But I Did Not Receive It

I recently started a ₹8,500 withdrawal from my Dream11 account, which showed success on the app. The sum hasn't yet been credited to my bank account, though. After more than twenty-four hours, there is yet no update or fix. Using the app, I tried getting in touch to customer care but got no reply. Given a site this well-known, the lack of prompt service is really demoralising. This is my hard-earned winning money, hence delays of this kind greatly irritate the experience. I have included screenshots of the transaction among all the required information. I respectfully ask Dream 11 to investigate this matter and find early resolution. Such delays erode confidence in the platform.
