My Legally Purchased Phone Number Still Shows Someone Else's Tags on Getcontact

On my Getcontact profile, 134 tags belonging to the previous owner of my phone number are still showing up. Even though this number is now legally mine, these tags from the prior owner have not been removed — and I am uncomfortable with my number being misidentified because of them.
For approximately two days, I have submitted deletion requests through in-app support and reached out to Getcontact via email, but I have gotten nowhere and the tags are still there.
I am the current and sole legal owner of this number. I am requesting that all 134 tags associated with the previous owner be completely removed, and that only information belonging to me be displayed going forward.
