Getcontact Ignores Harassment Reports While Defamatory Content Stays Live on My Profile

For the past two days, someone I had a dispute with has been posting severely abusive and profanity-laden tags and comments on my Getcontact profile. This is a direct violation of my personal rights and is causing me serious psychological distress.
Despite filing multiple reports through the in-app support section over these two days, I have received no response and no indication that any review has been conducted. The fact that support has gone completely silent while this harassing content remains live on my profile is deeply disappointing.
I am requesting that Getcontact immediately remove all abusive and profanity-containing tags and comments from my profile, investigate the account responsible, and apply the appropriate disciplinary measures. I want to make it explicitly clear that if the necessary steps are not taken, I intend to file formal complaints with the police and prosecutor's office — both against the individual responsible for the harassment and against Getcontact for failing to act. I am asking that this content be taken down urgently before it spreads further, and that I be kept informed throughout the process.
