Genshin Impact Player Pushed Toward Pricier Global Pass After Repeated Cancellation Errors

On April 8, 2026, I purchased a Welkin Moon card for the Genshin Impact Europe server on hesap.com.tr. Shortly after the transaction, I received a message indicating that my order was canceled. When I reached out to live support, they instructed me to retry the order. I subsequently attempted to purchase the same card twice more at intervals, paying three times total, but all three orders were canceled.

Initially, the requested amount per order was around $4 to $4.20 (approx. 148–150 TL), including tax. Live support then advised me to purchase the card from the global section instead, insisting that I buy the more expensive option with a price difference of about $1.40, bringing the price to over $5.70 (200 TL). Although they portrayed the issue as if it were exclusive to my account, I know other users have experienced the exact same problem. Despite this, the live support representative ended the chat without offering any resolution or allowing me to properly submit my refund request.

I completed all these transactions using my Yapı Kredi Bank card, and despite enduring three failed transactions and cancellations, my issue remains unresolved. I play Genshin Impact on the Europe server, and my UID is 762801920. Being pressured into purchasing a higher-priced package through misleading guidance and receiving no clear explanation regarding the canceled orders has left me feeling severely wronged and deceived.

I demand a prompt, full refund for the total amount charged across all canceled transactions, as well as a transparent explanation for all users encountering this issue.
